Our process owners are the driving force behind our continuous improvement process. They set up and maintain process descriptions, risk assessments, work instructions and procedures. They also keep track of actions and help identify KPIs and targets.

Strata works tirelessly to reduce the number of injuries and environmental incidents. Employees are strongly encouraged to report any near miss, incident, or unsafe situation. Strata believes, that when near misses are reported, major accidents are avoided in the future.
